该转换在上游编码前移除请求级的推理配置（thinking、effort、budget）。上游收到不带思考配置的普通请求。输入历史中的推理节点不会被移除；需要移除时使用 reasoning_strip_input。

• 上游拒绝携带 thinking 配置的请求。例如某些中转对 claude-opus-5-5 返回 “requires adaptive thinking”，只有完全不带 thinking 才能通过。
• 希望某个渠道始终发送不带思考的请求，而其他渠道保留客户端的推理配置。
